Welcome to Shreeji Tours & Travels. By booking any service with us—whether it’s a taxi, tempo traveller, bus rental, Hotel or tour package—you agree to the following terms and conditions. We request all customers to read these carefully before confirming any booking.
All bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, or by contacting our office directly.
At the time of booking, customers are required to provide accurate personal details, travel dates, pickup and drop-off locations, and the number of passengers.
A minimum advance payment (usually 30%–50% of the total amount) is required to confirm the booking.
The balance payment must be settled before or at the start of the journey, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Advance payments or deposits are collected to confirm vehicle and accommodation availability.
Once the booking is confirmed, this advance amount is non-transferable to another date or person unless approved by management.
In case of cancellation, refund eligibility will follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy mentioned below.
Cancellation by Customer:
Cancellations must be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or email only.
If canceled 15 days or more before the travel date – 90% of the advance will be refunded.
If canceled 7–4 days before the travel date – 50% of the advance will be refunded.
If canceled less than 48 hours before the travel date – No refund will be applicable.
No refund will be given for last-minute cancellations, “No Show,” or shortening of the trip once started.
In rare cases (due to natural calamities, political unrest, vehicle unavailability, or unavoidable circumstances), we may cancel or postpone the tour.
In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund of the advance amount or an alternative tour/date as per mutual agreement.
Shreeji Tours & Travels shall not be liable for any indirect loss or inconvenience caused due to such cancellations.
All refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the same payment mode used during booking.
Transaction or bank service charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds are applicable only as per the timelines and conditions mentioned above.
In case of vehicle breakdown, our team will make all reasonable efforts to repair or replace the vehicle as soon as possible.
If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we will arrange an alternate vehicle of similar category (subject to availability).
No refund or compensation shall be provided for delays due to mechanical issues beyond our control.
Customers are requested to cooperate during such situations, as vehicle malfunction can occur unexpectedly despite regular maintenance.
Air conditioning will be operational only on plain areas and not during hilly routes or steep climbs to ensure vehicle performance.
If the A/C fails during travel, our team will try to repair it at the earliest. However, no refund or compensation will be provided if it stops functioning due to technical issues during the journey.
When booking a tour package (including hotel, vehicle, and sightseeing), vehicle usage is restricted to the itinerary provided.
Extra kilometers or hours beyond the fixed itinerary will attract additional charges, payable directly to the driver.
Vehicle is provided for point-to-point travel as per the confirmed itinerary and not for unlimited local use unless mentioned.
Any change in itinerary must be discussed and approved in advance.
Passengers must ensure timely arrival at pickup points. Delays may reduce sightseeing time and will not result in extensions or refunds.
The customer is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the vehicle and avoiding damage.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
Any fine or penalty imposed due to customer behavior or violation of traffic rules shall be borne by the customer.
Drivers are assigned fixed duty hours (usually 12 hours per day). Beyond this, extra charges may apply.
Overnight journeys should be pre-approved during booking.
Customers are requested to cooperate and allow drivers sufficient rest for safety reasons.
Shreeji Tours & Travels acts only as a service facilitator and is not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage arising during the journey due to natural calamities, road conditions, strikes, or third-party negligence.
Luggage and personal belongings are the responsibility of the traveler.
In no case shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the particular booking.
All disputes or claims related to bookings with Shreeji Tours & Travels shall fall under the jurisdiction of Somnath/Veraval, Gujarat (India) courts only.
