Hotel Reservation Policy – Shreeji Tours & Travels

At Shreeji Tours & Travels, we aim to provide smooth and transparent hotel booking services for our customers. By confirming a hotel reservation through us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Standard Check-in & Check-out Policy

Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM

(Check-in and check-out timings may vary depending on the individual hotel policy. Guests are required to follow the specific hotel’s rules.)

Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in as per hotel regulations.

2. Early Check-in & Late Check-out

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Additional charges may apply as per the respective hotel’s policy.
Charges for early check-in or late check-out must be paid directly at the hotel unless otherwise mentioned in writing.

Shreeji Tours & Travels is not responsible if the hotel denies early check-in or late check-out due to occupancy.

3. Extra Person / Extra Bed Charges

Room tariffs are based on the number of adults and children mentioned at the time of booking.
Any additional guest beyond the confirmed occupancy will attract extra person charges as per hotel policy.
Extra bed or mattress charges will be applicable as per hotel standards and must be paid directly at the hotel if not included in the package.

4. Reservation Confirmation

All hotel bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Booking confirmation is subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Once confirmed, the hotel voucher will be shared via WhatsApp or email.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All hotel bookings made through Shreeji Tours & Travels are 100% Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
No refund will be provided in case of cancellation, date change, no-show, early departure, or modification of booking.
Bookings cannot be transferred to another person, date, or property once confirmed.

Customers are advised to carefully verify travel dates and details before confirming the reservation.

6. Hotel Rules & Regulations

Guests must follow all hotel policies regarding behavior, property usage, and safety guidelines.
Any damage caused to hotel property will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
Shreeji Tours & Travels acts only as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for hotel service quality, amenities, or internal hotel policies.
